Salt & pepper squid w/ rocket & coriander salad, pickled ginger aioli & ponzu
Thyme & garlic roasted mushroom caps w/ lemon cream & balsamic salad
Prawn & avocado salad w/ spicy homemade cocktail sauce
Honey baked ham w/ thyme mustard & buttered beans (available for Christmas parties only)

Chargrilled sirloin w/ smashed chats, asparagus, basil oil & red wine jus
Seared pork loin w/ rosemary & shallot mash, broccolini & mustard & apple jus
